Abstract
We study the phase diagram of a fully frustrated quantum Josephson junction array in the presence of charge frustration. In addition to the superconducting and the Mott phases, there are regions in the phase diagram with supersolid order. One of the supersolid phases shows a vortex current distribution which differs from the classical one. We also study the excitaton spectrum of the low lying excitations in the various regions of the phase diagram.
