Abstract
Some of the highlights of the conference are described with emphasis to the connection to LHC. The standard Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa paradigm for flavor physics in the quark sector is now well established. On the other hand the origin of neutrino masses is still under active investigations. A look into the near future is also given.
