Abstract
When a large amount of renewable energy is incorporated into the distribution network, it is really important for safe and stable operation for distribution network of the reasonable configuration of energy storage system. Firstly, this paper summarizes the characteristics and development status of common energy storage technologies, and then combs the optimal configuration of energy storage system in distribution network, and finally summarizes the research status of energy storage system from the following aspects: location selection, capacity determination and type matching.
