Abstract
By examining an induced neutral-current semileptonic process, $\ensuremath{\nu}+\mathrm{baryon}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}\ensuremath{\nu}+\mathrm{baryon}$, in the SO(3) gauge model with strong interactions, we show with the aid of the scaling assumption that the nonexistence of ultraviolet divergences in the process is equivalent to the validity of sum rules dictated by CCC (continuity equations and commutation relations of the currents) of the model.
