Abstract
Abstract Results Management (ReMa) is a holistic approach to strategic planning developed at Skopbank in Helsinki, Finland. Its purpose is to improve specific bottom line results. The overall process is highly participative and is designed to create internal structures and processes that are capable of continued responsiveness to the environment. ReMa consists of three phases: (1) the proocess of defining results (focus on strategic planning); (2) the situational management process (focus on implementation); and (3) the process of follow-up of results (focus on control).
