Abstract

Substrate size effect on off-axis laser deposition of multicomponent superconducting films has been investigated. It has been shown that an increase in the substrate size causes the nonuniform distribution in the element composition on the substrate surface. This result has been speculated by the gas dynamics features of an interaction between the laser plume and the substrate surface.
