Abstract: E-learning is one of the most important means that will restore the soul to the components of society, and it is an effective way to break the deadlock that controls the education process in schools, institutes and universities. Through it, it is possible to strengthen and restore communication between the teacher and his students, through communication via the Internet using electronic programs And educational platforms approved by the specialized technical committees in the ministry in the field of e-learning. What creates an environment of interaction between the teacher or the teacher and his students, aiming to develop the skills and experiences of the student, which would create an educated, conscious generation that can communicate with students of other countries and express assistance and cooperation among them through the exchange of references and resources in similar specializations, which leads to the spread of Iraqi references to the rest of the countries, which raises the level of education in Iraq so that it can compete with other countries based on the evaluation obtained as a result of applying the e-learning experience that has been used in many universities for decades.
