Abstract

Multi-satellite planetary mechanisms are analyzed. A new approach to the creation of planetary gearboxes on the principle of L. V. Assur's mechanisms is proposed, according to which the satellites add a group of links of zero mobility to the kinematic chain. Schemes of patented multi-satellite planetary gears are shown. The basis for the development of a new theory of design and manufacture of planetary gearboxes is presented.
