Abstract
The article presents the most common varieties of low-volume rotary disc mixers. The features of their design are described, the main advantages and disadvantages are identified. A description of a new design of a submersible rotor-disk mixer is given. It is shown that a mixer of this type can be used to create high-quality emulsions and maintain them. The mixer can be installed in overall tanks and in the reactor.
