Abstract

We have extracted thermal quantities such as chemical potential and heat capacity of the nucleons system of 45Sc in the static path approximation. This method was used in order to take into account the pairing correlations between the nucleons and the fluctuations of the nucleus finite system. The single particle energies of the nucleons which were used in the calculations have been extracted by the use of the modified Nilsson potential. The results have been compared with the corresponding values calculated in the other microscopic models and the empirical values which were extracted by the use of the experimental data on nuclear level densities.
