Abstract
The method of fabrication of granular metal films Cu:SiO2 is described. The temperature dependences of conductivity for these films are measured and the results are compared with the predictions of the developed numerical model of granulated media conductivity. The mesoscopic effect in granular metal films is studied both theoretically and experimentally. Ways for observation of more pronounced mesoscopic effect in the granular metal films are suggested.
