Abstract

This research aims to study the relationship between Strategic Thinking of Senior Managers which includes ability to composition of physical and spiritual talent, foresight, strong philosophical attitude, creativity and entrepreneurship, and supremacy moral with the success of knowledge management process, which includes creating, preserving, sharing and use of knowledge in organizations. This research is descriptive survey by nature and method. The data gathering tool include two researcher made questionnaires. The first one contains 35 questions to assess the level of strategic thinking and the latter has 20 questions to measure the success of knowledge management in organizations. The research sample consists of 134 senior managers of knowledge based organizations. The data was analyzed based on statistical methods and Pearson correlation coefficients. The results approved that there was a significant relationship between strategic thinking of senior managers and success of implementation knowledge management in knowledge based organizations.
