Abstract
Taking the technological innovative ability of Chinese multinational enterprises as the research subject, discusses the cultural dimensions of power distance, uncertainty avoidance, masculinity, long-term orientation, collectivism, time concept, hierarchy and the influence of cultural distance on technological innovative ability. The results show that power distance, long-term orientation, collectivism and masculinity positively affect the technological innovation of Chinese transnational enterprises and cultural distance negatively affects technological innovation of Chinese transnational enterprises and has a greater impact.
