Study on Water Conservancy Information System Based on Cloud Computing

Abstract

The paper researches the water conservancy information management system with the flexible configuration and full scalability based on cloud computing. The system carries out information construction in the information collecting and engineering monitoring layer, the network layer and the application layer. Using the cloud computing and SOA, the system realizes the project management of water conservancy; The users can enjoy the rich digital media service at any time by the way of mobile communication network, wireless LAN and fixed communication network and so on. At last, the system is applied to the irrigation district. The application result shows that the system has the ability of computing and data operating, saves the cost in software and hardware, improves the water use efficiency.
