Abstract
In the context of the integration of the professional degree education of the graduate student of clinical medicine and the standardized training of the resident doctors, this paper summarizes the characteristics of degree education for oncology professional master degree students, and analyzes the problems of short time training and less content in the training mode of resident physicians based on the science of oncology. We decrease internal standardized training timeproperly, increase specialized training methods, and call for establishing evaluation mechanism for students of oncology master degree, which will lay a solid foundation for the cultivation of high level clinical medical talents with tumor specialty.
