B18 on the continuous progress of the power market process, to recognize the risks of power grid operation, market operation and enterprise operation caused by the direct power-purchase for the large users, put forward the method of benefit risk assessment for the direct power-purchase for the large users, the impact of transmission and distribution price should be considered when measuring the risk of income decline in power grid enterprises.
