Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of pre-hospital emergency nursing intervention on the rescue effect of patients with traumatic shock. Methods A total of 103 patients with traumatic shock who were treated in the emergency department of our hospital from September 13, 2016 to September 18, 2018 were selected. The subjects were divided into the control group(51cases)and the study group(52cases)according to the different modes of admission. The patients in the control group were directly admitted by their families to the clinic for treatment. The study group received 120 patients and gave the integrated nursing system of pre-hospital emergency care measures, and then sent to the clinic for treatment. The rescue intervention time, rescue success rate and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The mean rescue intervention time of the study group was (18.72±2.19)minutes, while the mean rescue intervention time of the control group was(39.53±2.48)minutes, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The rescue success rate of patients in the study group was 96.15%, and the rescue success rate of patients in the control group was 82.35%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was 5.77%, and that in the control group was 19.61%, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusions Pre-emergency nursing intervention can shorten the intervention time of traumatic shock patients, improve the rescue rate, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the quality of life of patients is of great significance, suitable for the large-scale popularization in clinical work. Key words: Traumatic shock; Pre-hospital first aid; Nursing intervention; Rescue success rate
