Abstract
Objective To understand the application effect of primary trauma assessment mode in pre hospital first aid at county level hospitals. Methods 29 patients with emergency car accidents were given pre hospital first aid based on primary trauma assessment mode (study group), 29 patients with similar situation were given traditional process of pre hospital first aid (control group). Compared the first aid effect of two groups. Results The time of completing primary evaluation of study group and control group were (16.3±6.9)min and (26.2±7.7)min, the mortality rate from first aid to hospitalization of study group and control group were 3.45% and 20.69%, with statistically significant differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Primary trauma assessment mode applied in pre hospital first aid at county level hospitals can shorten the treatment time and improve the success rate of salvage.
