Abstract

Objective To investigate pre-hospital first aid mode on severe multiple trauma.Methods Severe multiple trauma.patients to take an active-site treatment measure and rapid processing,uninterrupted rescue in transport to maximumly reduce the patients mortality.Results Two hundred and seventeen patients with severe multiple trauma admission for treatment in our hospital,two hundred and eight patients were transported to hospital successfully and underwent continuous treatment.Nine patients died.Success rate of pre-hospital first aid was 95.8％,successfully transferred to the hospital for treatment of 208 patients,21 patients died,with a total success rate of 86.1％.Conclusions The active-site first aid can effectively improve the success rate on patients with severe multiple trauma.
