Abstract

Nowadays, the knowledge-based economy prevails. Mass entrepreneurship and innovation play a leading role in the development of the new era. For Chinese Internet enterprises, the core competitiveness formed based on innovation is difficult to imitate and can beat most competitors in the industry. From the perspective of talent flow, this paper explores the impact of talent flow on the innovation performance among Internet enterprises based on the social network theory. This paper constructs the human capital social network for Internet enterprises based on the information of resumes of talents from professional social network platform, and studies the effect of the position of human capital social network for Chinese Internet enterprises on their innovation performance. The empirical results show that: The degree centrality and structural hole of human capital social network are positively correlated with the innovation performance of Chinese Internet enterprises.
