Abstract

Since 1990s, the phenomena of high failure rate of projects have triggered researches into talents and their development in knowledge enterprises. Focusing on talents' development maturity, the article presents the evaluation system of talents' development in knowledge enterprises. For the reason that talents' development system in knowledge enterprises is a complicated system which is composed of many interrelated and interactive factors, the evaluation index system of talents' development in knowledge enterprises is not an internal independent hierarchical structure. Therefore, the article adopts Analytic Network Process (ANP) to evaluate the maturity grades of talents' development in knowledge enterprises. The purpose of maturity-based evaluation system of talents' development in knowledge enterprises is to measure the maturity level of talents' development in knowledge enterprises and tries to find out existing problems so as to provide foundation for working out development plan and for improving the maturity level of talents' development in knowledge enterprises.
