Abstract

In view of the excessive fluoride content in groundwater, the effect of coagulation on fluoride removal was analyzed, and the mechanism of fluoride removal was explored. It provides a reference for practical application. Methods: Static experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of aluminum sulfate dosage, pH value, coagulation time, stirring speed, and other factors on the fluoride removal effect of aluminum sulfate. The results show that when the concentration of fluoride ion is 2mg/L, the dosage of aluminum sulfate is 20mg, the pH of the water sample is 5.5, the rotational speed is 70-80r/min, and the coagulation time is 15min, the fluorine removal efficiency is the best, and the removal rate reaches 61.3%. When fluoride ion concentration is 5mg/L, aluminum sulfate dosage is 35 mg, water pH is 5.5, rotating speed is 70-80r/min, coagulation time is 30min, fluoride removal efficiency is the best, and the removal rate reaches 43.8%.
