Abstract
Chat GPT has had a profound impact on the ideological education work of college counselors, providing convenient and efficient services, greatly enriching educational methods and resources. However, this technology has brought a series of challenges and risks to the management of ideological education for college students. This study explores the advantages, risks, and response strategies of Chat GPT for counselor education, providing reference and guidance for improving the ideological education and management level of college counselors.
