Abstract
By comparing the characteristics of ethanol sensitivity of nanocrystalline LaFeO3 and Lao0.7Sr0.3FeO3 in this work, we find that nanocrystalline Lao0.7Sro0.3FeO3 sensors have many advantages, such as low static electric resistance, good stability, selectivity and obvious response to ethanol gas as low as 10ppm
