Abstract

The distribution center is a complicated system composed of many activities. The logistic handling equipment runs through whole range of activities from beginning to end. By increasing handling equipment quantities, work efficiency and costs will rise;, aim of this research is to control cost and satisfy work efficiency. We will find an equipment disposition model based on multi-objective optimization method, which has working efficiency and cost as its objective; we shall then analyze rationality of 1. Issue of Problem With development of national economy and technical progress, most distribution centers must face problems in purchasing or optimizing handling of equipment during processes of programming or reforming. As logistic handling equipment runs through entire range of activities from beginning to end, and if disposition of handling equipment is reasonable, then it appears that phenomenon handling equipment obstruct, while others the handling equipment disjointed.can be shown , Thus this would delay work efficiency and increase cost. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize disposition of handling equipment. At present, most of research on disposition of handling equipment only considers e work cost as a single target. Usually, by raising quantities of handling equipment, work efficiency and cost will increase. The work efficiency target and cost target are in conflict. The multi-objective optimization, a branch of mathematics programming theory, is mainly used to solve problem, which considered several targets to get optimum results at same time. Its thought grew under effect of theories of economics in 1776, and now has become a valid tool making important decisions and dealing with practical research topics. This paper studies quantity problem of handling equipment disposition, which uses integrating multi-object optimization. 2.
