Study on the Application of the Digitalization and Information Technology of Community Governance in the Post-epidemic Era

Abstract

Digital information technology played an important role in community governance during the outbreak of the epidemic in China. In the post-epidemic era, through research on the development process of digital information technology in community governance, it was found that there were "information islands" in the digital direction of community governance during the new epidemic, and the use rate of digital information platforms was low and active. Therefore, by creating a digital information platform for community residents, proposing an information collection model for community residents, further strengthening the construction of the "new infrastructure" of the community through digital information tools such as WeChat groups, mini-programs, and APPs, and increasing the usage rate of digital information tools such as location bracelets during the quarantine period of the epidemic in the community, we promote the use of digital information technology in community governance. The project aims to promote the use of digital information technology in community governance in the post-epidemic era in the direction of sharing information, professionalizing education, publicizing the platform, and sustaining "wisdom", to create a modern "smart (digital) community".
