Abstract
The method of numerical simulation was used in this paper to calculate the aerodynamic performance of arc blade profiles with different relative curvature and different shapes of mean camber line, to study the influence of relative curvature and the shapes of mean camber line on the aerodynamic performance of arced plate blades when the attack angle was changed from -6° to 6°. The numerical results showed that the optimal shape of mean camber line was parabolic. With the increase of bending angles of blades, the aerodynamic performance of fan blades was improved first and then worsened.
