Abstract

In order to accurately calculate the relationship between the loading current and temperature rise of DC charging cable of electric vehicles, this article establishes the equivalent thermal circuit model of DC charging cable of electric vehicle based on the thermal circuit model analysis method, and refers to the principle of adaptive filtering, proposes a method to derive the thermal circuit model parameters of DC charging cable of electric vehicle from the actual temperature rise data, and designs a comparison experiments to verify the accuracy of the thermal circuit model of DC charging cable obtained by this method. The experimental results show that the calculation temperature rise and actual temperature rise error of the EV charging cable thermal circuit model obtained by deriving from the actual temperature rise data in this article is small, which verifies that the EV DC charging cable thermal circuit model obtained by this method has a certain accuracy in analyzing the temperature rise of this type of cable.
