Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of super high myopia fundus lacquer crack and macular choroidal neovascularization(CNV)by the infrared photography(IR),Autofluorescence(AF),Infrared Ray Autofluorescence(IR AF),Fundus Fluorescein Angiography (FFA) and Indocyanine Green Angiography,(ICGA)simultaneous imaging.Methods The diopter greater than-9D of 22 patients (41 eyes)were chosen,the myopia fundus IR,AF,IR AF,FFA and ICGA sync check were collected,compared and analyzed the image features.Results IR showed 22 eyes had lacquer crack formation,9 eyes had macular visual focal lesions(angiography showed that was CNV); AF and IR AF showed that 6 eyes had CNV; FFA showed 16 eyes had lacquer crack,12 eyes had CNV; ICGA showed 27 eyes had lacquer crack,12 eyes had CNV; Conclusions IR can found most of the lacquer cracks,FFA and ICGA synchronous check can more fully understand the pathological changes in patients with high myopia,to help better understand the disease and guide further treatment.
