Abstract

For quantitatively and comprehensively assessing the safety of tailing reservoirs, and with consideration on the characteristics of tailing reservoir accidents, comprehensive evaluation index system of safety state with first-layer of five factors including engineering geology condition, construction quality and safety management and second-layer of twenty-seven factors was established, the safety ratings standard was also proposed, according to the main factors affecting tailing reservoir safety. Induced matrix method was applied to improve analytic hierarchy process (AHP), model of improved analytic hierarchy process (IAHP)-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was proposed through using IAHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Taking some tailing reservoir as an example, on the ground of IAHP theory, scaling value method and asymptotic normalization coefficient were respectively used to construct fuzzy judgment matrices and calculate weight values of factors, and weight was also sorted. The safety state comprehensive evaluation on the tailing reservoir was carried out by applying fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and combing with weight values calculated before, results showed that construction quality and safety management were the principle factors affecting tailing reservoir safety, the safety state for this tailing reservoir was general, which were reliable and practical. It provided guidance for constituting safety countermeasures and safeguards, and was of great theoretic significance and practical use in improving the objectivity and accurateness of the safety state evaluation for tailing reservoirs.
