Abstract

For harsh working environment, low temperature cofired ceramics (LTCC) substrates applied to aerospace are required to have high reliability and stability. To meet this demands, reliability evaluation methods of space application LTCC substrates are studied in this paper. We designed a series of methods and an appropriate procedure to evaluate space application LTCC substrates, in materials, metal film, metallized via and other aspects, which can provide technical guidance for the manufacturing and evaluation of LTCC substrates for spacecraft.
