Abstract

Using acrylic acid and polyether polymer as the main raw materials, with hydroxyethyl acrylate monomer free radical copolymerization of polycarboxylic acid slump inhibitor, has the effect of reducing the slump loss of concrete. The slow release rate of concrete slump retaining agent synthesized with different ester ratios was studied, and the effects of different ester ratios, different ester ether ratios, and different ambient temperatures on the dispersion, dispersion retention, and hydrolysis rate of polycarboxylic acid slump retaining agent were systematically studied. The knowledge basis for the development of the slump-retaining agent with different sustained release effects. In engineering applications, the working performance of concrete can be controlled more effectively according to the length of the slow release time.
