Abstract
Fine particles emitted from nonferrous smelting furnaces contains a variety of heavy metals and oxidized condensates, which are characterized by complex composition and great harm. In this paper, an electrostatic agglomeration - electrostatic bag remover system was developed to improve the removal rate of PM2.5 and heavy metals. Results showed that, the particles are charged and agglomerated after the electrostatic agglomeration process, which is more conducive to the later collection of particles by bag precipitators. The overall removal efficiency of the whole particle is dramatically increased.
