Abstract

One of the prevalent methods in air traffic control is ground holding based on traffic flow management. The thesis is studied from the restriction of departure capacity and some air control rules which bring to a programming method of the same route departure. That is to take the best way to line up a group of departure aircrafts in designated times which hold for take off,and it to modify airlines timetable to smooth traffic peaks at airport during rush-hours. Also in the thesis it brings to some simple checking computations and judgments,including a kind of calculating method for the system in complicated conditions which is made to be the form of technological process chart.
