Abstract

Objective To investigate the treatment effect of perioperative nursing intervention to prevent deep vein thrombosis after coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG).Methods The control group included 201 patients before 3 years of nursing intervention who used traditional perioperative nursing method,while the observation group included 298 patients in the 3 years of nursing intervention who received systematic nursing intervention in addition.Results The occurrence rate of deep vein thrombosis,lower limbs swelling and pain in the observation group was 1.54%,obviously lower than that in the control group which was 3.87%,and the difference was statistically significant (x2 =5.26,P < 0.01).Conclusions Perioperative nursing intervention can effectively lower the incidence of deep vein thrombosis after CABG.
