Abstract

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of nursing intervention in the prevention of ICU patients with deep vein thrombosis (DVT).Methods We selected 100 patients admitted in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2013,and randomly divided them into experimental and control groups,50 patients in each group.Experimental group took svnthetical nursing care interventions and control group took common nursing care.After the experiment,the incidence of DVT in patients of two groups were analyzed.Results After the experiment,in the experimental group there were there cases with DVT rate of 6.0%,in the control group there were seven cases with DVT rate of 16.0%.By comparing the two groups in the incidence of deep vein thrombosis,statistical significant difference was found,P < 0.05.Conclusion ICU nursing intervention for the prevention of DVT in patients has better clinical efficacy,with a significant reduction in the incidence of DVT.
