Abstract

This paper studied the interface non-uniform slip phenomenon and proposed a characterization model. Firstly, by analyzing the mechanical status of combined rotor during operation, the generation mechanism of non-uniform slip is revealed. Then, the bolt preload is tested by ultrasonic testing system, and the non-uniform slip simulation based on measured preload distribution is carried out. Finally, by constructing the Generalized Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) considering the preload distribution and extracting the corresponding texture features, a non-uniform slip characterization model is established. The paper discussed the influence of rotational speed and various coefficients on the characterization model, when the coefficients selection is reasonable, the model error is 2.11%. The research content strongly supports the study of connection structure dynamics.
