Abstract

Aluminum alloy is an important metal material in the industrial field. With good mechanical properties, the ZL205A high-strength casting aluminum alloy has been widely used in aviation, aerospace, and other fields. In this paper, the erosion phenomenon of the ZL205A cast aluminum alloy on a certain type of marine equipment is described, and the failure mode of the ZL205A cast aluminum alloy in the marine environment is analyzed by simulation calculation and experimental verification. It provides technical support for the antierosion treatment and structural optimization of subsequent casting aluminum alloy equipment.
