Abstract

目的 探讨建立临床护理教学质量评价体系的方法,以提高高等护理教育的临床教学质量.方法 对河北医科大学2004年在临床实习的高等护理专业学生进行毕业综合考核及对主带教师授课质量及教学基地进行综合测评,结果应用t检验和聚类分析对各教学医院进行评价.结果 各教学医院之间在教学质量方面存在差距.结论 通过建立健全一套完善的临床护理教学质量评价体系,可使各教学医院发现自己的薄弱环节,提出改进措施,提高教学水平。
