Abstract
With the extensive application of energy storage lithium batteries in military equipment, electric vehicles and demand side energy storage. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an accurate thermoelectric coupling model. Due to the popularity of high-density batteries, the thermal characteristics of batteries have been widely concerned. Therefore, the thermal effects of batteries must be considered in the modeling of cell and battery pack. At present, there are many researches on the modeling of battery cell, and the research of battery pack is relatively less. In this paper, the electric thermal coupling model of battery and battery pack is established, and the thermal characteristics of battery are considered. The battery model includes a voltage source, a series resistance and an RC module. The battery pack adopts the convection heat transfer mode, and builds a battery pack model with 100 units. The parameters of the battery were estimated by pulse current charging and discharging method. The experimental results show that the thermal electric coupling model of energy storage lithium battery monomer and battery pack can reflect the static and dynamic characteristics of the battery, which provides a reference for the future research of lithium battery pack.
