Abstract

In order to achieve the reliability, high efficiency and economy for the development of vehicle CAN network, CANoe is used to develop and test for vehicle CAN network platform. Firstly, the vehicle network architecture is designed for the demand of platform. Then is the vehicle messages database is developed by using CANdb++, including specific messages and signals, and the key parameters of bus load rate, messages delay, etc. are analysed on basis of the simulation model. Fianally automated test is carried out for the network management process, messages comparison, messages delay and other monitoring jobs by using supplementary developing tools of CANoe in simulation and in the real-time vehicle tests. The results show that the developed CAN networks is of better performance in terms of real-time, robust, efficient, while the functions of automated testing system is practical and easy to use.
