Study on Critical Path Method with Fixed Time Parameter in Network Planning Technology

Abstract

Critical path method is one core of network planning technology, which is one of the most important tool for project plan management. After applying the critical path method to the analysis of project planning, if the start time and finish time of some activities in network must be changed because of some cases, of course, the original network planning is influenced correspondingly. In view of this problem, on the basis of the critical path method, extending algorithm 1 and 2 of critical path method are proposed. Moreover, critical path method with fixed time parameter on the basis of above is given. When the start and finish time of arbitrary activities are changed, the degree of node and activity time parameter affected is proposed in quantity. It is feasible and correct to use through example.
