Abstract
Food safety standards are numerous, closely related and professional. The knowledge mapping of professional fields can better show the content information of food safety standards. This paper adopts the food safety standards as study object, on the basis of the research status of China's food safety standard knowledge mapping, a method of knowledge mapping based on knowledge label for food safety standards is proposed. This method uses word segmentation algorithm and TF-IDF algorithm to carry out knowledge labels, and constructs the knowledge mapping based on the knowledge labels, which can improve the scientificity and accuracy of the labels attached to each knowledge, improve the quality of the knowledge mapping. The knowledge mapping of food safety standards will provide technical support for food safety knowledge management, knowledge query, knowledge question and answer, etc.
