Abstract
Practical teaching is an important part of computer education, and the innovative ability is the key to train the applied undergraduate talents. To take an active part in competitions is an effective way to improve the innovative ability of students. The computer competitions can promote the reform of the computer education. The effect of scientific and technical competition activities on the student innovative and practical ability training was studied, and the mode of competition-driven based innovative spirit and ability cultivation for undergraduate were analyzed and summarized systematically in this paper.
