Abstract
Objective To study the anti-inflammation effects of Phyllanthus emblica L. (PEL)extraction. Methods Establishment of inflammatory model by 18.0-22.0 grams mice. Mice were divided into control group, PEL high concentration extraction group and low concentration extraction group and aspirin group. We induced oedema by dimethyl benzene in mouse ear and induced paw edema by albumen,as well as capillary permeability of abdominal cavity increased by acetic acid. Results PEL significantly inhibit of oedema by dimethyl benzene in mouse ear and paw edema by albumen, as well as capillary permeability of abdominal cavity increased by acetic acid. Conclusion PEL can obviously increase the anti-inflammation ability of mice. Key words: Phyllanthus emblica L.(PEL); Anti-inflammation; Inflammatory model
