Abstract

The Monte Carlo method has been used to investigate the physical adsorption of Be(CH 3) 2 and (CH 3) 2AlCl on the surface of TiCl 3 crystal. It was found that the formation of active centres of polymerization is related to the nature of the metal-organic compound and to the manner of its arrangement on the crystal surface.
