Abstract

The facial skin temperature of a living body under stress is said to decrease, indicating that stress and facial skin temperature are correlated. Thermography and digital infrared image are used to measure facial skin temperature. Results of experiments show that nasal skin temperature declines. Nasal skin temperature is thus considered important in evaluating stress. We studied decreases in nasal skin temperature by using digital infrared images to evaluate stress.
