Abstract
The aim of this study is to construct a hybrid median filter using MATLAB and use that filter to remove impulse noise from an image, in order to produce an enhanced image. This is done in order to show how a hybrid median filter can be a more optimal option than a conventional median filter for removing impulse noise.
