Abstract
Biological tissues have the refractive index that may be used as a marker of colorectal pathological. Which can be study by using the theoretical design of Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR), we have compared the refractive index of healthy with those of pathological human Colorectal Mucosa at different wavelengths. It was observed a higher sensitivity for refractive index for pathological tissues. The design of SPR study using different thickness of Gold thin film in attenuated total internal reflection mode has been reported in this paper. Different refractive index of colorectal Mucosa were investigated by discussing their effect on the SPR sensing and validated by the use of admittance Loci method.
