Abstract
Construction project management mode selection are more complex multi-attribute decision-making problems, it has very high demand to the application of multiple attribute decision-making method. Electre II of multi-attribute decision-making method takes into account the cognitive characteristics of people in decision-making, constructed two preference relations that strong is better than weak, the whole sort of multi-attribute decision-making program, which has great application value.
